Description

The study is ultimately meant to show to what extent the legislator has created a conflict of objectives which may explain the mixed results in regulatory effectiveness, but also to identify regulatory gaps, oversights and missed opportunities, which to tap into may prove viable without incurring too much in economic or political costs.
