The interdisciplinary summer school offers intensive training on the theory and practical application of various economic methods for biodiversity and natural capital valuation.

The program will cover topics on theory and economic methods for natural capital valuation; practical application of economic valuation at the science-policy interface; non-monetary values (including relational values, health, and well-being); ecosystems and their services under global change as well as quantification of ecosystem services with ecological models.
